We/'re seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to deliver accurate short-term schedules for our clients open pit mobile maintenance team. You/'ll transform plans into executable daily and weekly schedules, aligning labour, equipment access, materials, permits, and tooling so work gets done safely, efficiently, and on time.

What you/'ll be doing
/n
/n
Develop and issue weekly maintenance execution schedules for our HME fleet
/n
Coordinate with planners, supervisors, operations, supply, and vendors to ensure job readiness
/n
Prioritise work based on equipment criticality, statutory requirements,
and operational needs
/n
Track schedule compliance and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and asset availability
/n
Support shutdown and major service event scheduling
/n/n
What you/'ll bring
/n
/n
3+ years/' experience in mobile equipment/fixed plant scheduling in mining or heavy industry
/n
Strong knowledge of HME maintenance processes and statutory servicing requirements
/n
Proficiency with SAP PM/AMT, Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) - Power BI advantageous
/n
Team-oriented communication style and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
/n/n
