We’re seeking a reliable Catering Assistant/Cleaner to join our team at Cooinda Aged Care, Gympie. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming setting for our residents and visitors.

Location: Gympie, Qld.
Role Type: Casual Positions
Remuneration: $35.40 - $38.22 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super +Salary Packaging +Access to staff discounts & benefits

What You'll Do:
Provide a high standard of cleaning and hygiene throughout the facility
Ensure residents’ rooms and shared areas are tidy, clean, and welcoming
Monitor and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
Support meal preparation and service with warmth and care
Work closely with the Chef and other team members to ensure smooth mealtimes
Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and co-workers

What You'll Bring:
You have robust attention to detail and a positive attitude
Previous experience in Catering Assistant/Cleaning in an aged care environment is highly regarded
You’re comfortable using cleaning equipment and following safety procedures
NDIS Worker Screening or valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
