We are seeking a Partner Support & Channel Transition Analyst to join a growing team supporting partner onboarding, operational transitions, and ongoing partner engagement across the technology channel ecosystem.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on coordinating onboarding and transition activities, managing stakeholder relationships, resolving operational issues, and driving a seamless partner experience.
It will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Partner Support & Channel Transition Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding and transition activities
Manage transition plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Act as the key liaison between internal teams, partners, and vendors
Identify, manage, and resolve operational issues and escalations
Deliver partner communications throughout onboarding and transition processes
Maintain process documentation, reporting, and operational records
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Support project delivery, backlog reduction, and operational initiatives
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and track actions to completion
Provide operational support across the partner lifecycle




About You
You are an organised and analytical professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in a technology, SaaS, telecommunications, cloud, MSP, distributor, or similar service-based environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
High attention to detail and process discipline
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Experience working across cross-functional teams
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in an evolving workplace
Desirable Experience
Partner onboarding, customer operations, service delivery, or transition coordination
Exposure to ticketing or workflow management platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
Experience supporting channel partners or vendor ecosystems
Process improvement, operational reporting, or project coordination experience
