Working closely with our leadership team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries while supporting and developing junior team members.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns
Tax planning and strategic client discussions
Business advisory and performance improvement conversations
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Supporting and mentoring junior accountants
Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance
Contributing to process improvement and firm growth initiatives
About You
You'll likely have:
5+ years' experience in public practice accounting
Solid technical knowledge across business and taxation matters
Experience managing client relationships independently
A desire to move beyond compliance and into advisory-focused work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a firm that is evolving and growing.
