Shaw&Co; is looking for a solid bartender to join the team long term! In addition to solid hospitality skills and being a excellent team member the position will include tasks of;
Crafting & Serving: Mix high-quality cocktails, pour beers, prepare non-alcoholic drinks, and craft espresso coffee to perfection.
Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar service and coffee area.
Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming guests, promoting menu offerings, taking orders, and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
Stock & Cellar Management: Tap kegs, connect supply lines, restock fridges and shelves, and manage glassware.
Light Food Service: Serve and sell food items to guests as required.
