We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the successful candidate will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.

Having worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Manage the daily Food and Beverage operations of the hotel.
Coordinating the activity of the Food and Beverage staff
Development and training of staff




Maintaining high standards of service
Opening and/or closing of the venue
Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
Processing & reconciling POS & EFT terminals and complete with end of day financial reporting
Attending management briefings and meetings
Monthly stocktaking and stock control procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Manager in the Food and Beverage department.
Excellent understanding of cellar operations
Robust knowledge of wine, draught beer and spirits
Valid WA un-restricted approved managers certification
Be able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Have strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable understanding of WHS
H&L; Knowledge is highly regarded.
