I/'m currently partnering with an established, privately owned developer-builder to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a landmark residential development in Sydney/'s North West.

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the delivery of a $350M+ mixed-use residential project, taking ownership from early construction through to completion. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you/'ll lead the project team while driving programme, commercial outcomes and overall project performance.

This role will suit a proven delivery professional who enjoys leading large teams, mentoring Project Managers and Contract Administrators, and building robust relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

About You

/n

/n
Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $200M+

/n
Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director

/n
Strong background within a Tier 1, Tier 2 or developer-builder setting

/n
Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills

/n
Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
