Master Pool Careis a well-known and highly regarded business on the northside of Brisbane. We have our award-winning retail shop plus five Field Service Vehicles.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be customer focused and team orientated with solid problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
You must have a strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot problems and advise best action for the customers.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships with customers and team members.
What you will be doing
Pool cleaning - leaf scooping, brushing, vacuuming of pools.
Cleaning pool baskets, filters and chlorinator cells.
Testing and balancing of pool chemicals.
Adjusting chlorinator, pump and controller settings.
Maintenance and cleaning of pool cleaners.
Recording of service job notes and activities in the company database in a timely manner.
Equipment repairs and plumbing.
Installation of current pool equipment & removal of old
Troubleshooting pool equipment issues and rectifying
Interaction with customers on-site
Unloading and shelf packing of pool salt & chemicals
Skills and Personal Requirements:
Pool Industry experience is not required; however, your employment history will be taken into account.
Be physically fit as this position involves some heavy lifting and manual handling (such as pumps, salt, liquid chlorine).
Current valid Queensland manual driver’s licence
Have good communication skills and follow precise instructions
