Job Description of Service Now Architect in Melbourne/ Sydney:

Responsibilities
/n
/n
Analyze current technologies used and determine ways to improve the Service Now workplace and its architecture.
/n
Provide technical consultation in terms of using Service Now best practices for implementations and ongoing operations
/n
Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements
/n
Implement complex Service Now solutions in at least 3 applications/modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, HAM, ITBM, Security Operations, GRC and CSM.
/n
Lead technical Service Now implementations, investigate complex issues and review code as required.
/n
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
/n
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of Service Now implementations and maintenance/administration tasks
/n
Design Service Now technical solutions and also provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions
/n
Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures
/n
Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes
/n
Provide expert guidance for best practices related to Service Now administration
/n/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
Robust communication, solid presentation and writing skills
/n
Certified in CAD, CSA, HRSD
/n/n
Good to have CAD, CSA, HRSD certifications
