The business has built a robust reputation across Melbourne for delivering premium apartment and commercial projects, generally ranging from $10 million to $20 million. They win a high percentage of negotiated work through repeat clients and referrals, allowing them to focus on quality delivery rather than chasing volume.

You'll be supported by an experienced Project Manager, CA and leadership team who are hands-on when needed but trust their people to get on with the job.

You must have expereince as the lead SM on similar-sized multi-res projects for a builder.
