Third Wave BBQ is seeking an experienced Head Chef to run the Albert Park flagship kitchen. You'll lead a busy team, shape the menu and create bold, theatrical specials that define the brand.

Based in Melbourne, you'll own the kitchen, drive food quality and safety, and collaborate with owners on menus, systems, and speed of service. Nights and weekends required; sponsorship possible for the right Melbourne resident.
