Job Description

Benmax is seeking an Industrial Automation & Robotics Specialist based near Canberra to own the full lifecycle of robotic welding cells and automated assembly systems. You will draft layouts in CAD, program robots, PLCs and HMIs, and drive the transition from manual to automated production on contemporary equipment.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, commissioning, and staff training, with transparent ownership of projects from drawing board to production floor.
