Everything HR is an Australian HR Consulting firm that provides HR advice and services to a range of clients across different industries. We now have an prospect for a part‐time People and Culture Business Partner to work as the main point of contact for one of our Melbourne based clients. The role requires 16 hours a week of onsite support in the client's Laverton office. There may also be a requirement to travel to other client sites on occasion.
Role Description
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will work alongside the People and Culture Director to create and implement people and culture strategies that align with our client's organisational goals. Your focus will be on building a positive workplace culture, recruitment, retention, learning and development, and HR day‐to‐day operations. You will also provide guidance to leadership on employee relations issues, and develop and manage company policies, procedures, and compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience at a People and Culture Business Partner level




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing HR projects, change management, and HR operations
Demonstrated knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and regulations
Experience with employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and talent management
Tertiary qualified with a degree in Human Resources or other relevant field
A passion for building a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively with all levels of employees

You must be willing to work onsite in Laverton 16 hours per week. There is some flexibility on the days and times these hours are worked subject to client agreement. There may also be an opportunity to increase days and work remotely in the future.
