With head offices in Jandakot, our client has been in function for over 30 years in Perth. Due to business performance, the team is now looking to strengthen its Finance function with this new hire.

Description

/n

Reporting into the CEO, the key scope of this role will be to:

/n

/n
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

/n
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.

/n
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to guide business planning.

/n
Responsible for management reporting.

/n
Drive operational reporting with the business.

/n
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

/n
Prepare detailed reports for senior stakeholders within the property industry.

/n
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

/n
Support business cases for current projects and initiatives.

/n
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on financial matters.

Profile

/n





A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

/n

/n
A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within construction, mining services or resources sector.

/n
CA/CPA Qualified (desired but not a deal breaker).

/n
Prior background working in a Management Accountant, Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner capacity.

/n
Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

/n
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

/n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

/n/n
