Family Life is seeking a qualified Family Services Practitioner to join the Home in Focus Program. Based across Bayside sites with option to work from home, you will manage a caseload of children and young people, delivering trauma-informed, strength-based interventions to promote safety and wellbeing.
You'll collaborate with Women’s Practitioner and Men’s Practitioner, coordinate services, and support families to improve attachments and developmental outcomes.
