You’ll work closely with an experienced Lawyer on sophisticated commercial and corporate transactions, advising a diverse range of SMEs, family businesses, developers and private clients.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead and manage a broad range of commercial matters including:

Mergers & acquisitions
Business sales and acquisitions
Corporate restructures
Shareholder agreements and governance
Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
Commercial contracts and negotiations
Business structuring and regulatory advice





Property and commercial transactions

This role offers significant client contact, responsibility from day one and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to longstanding clients.

About You

You’ll ideally have:
10 years PAE in commercial law

Robust transactional and corporate advisory experience
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Confidence managing client relationships independently
A practical, commercial approach to problem solving

A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
