Our Family Law team is recognised as a leading practice in Doyle's Guide across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience to join our highly regarded team.

This is an excellent prospect for a senior family lawyer seeking a role that offers autonomy, flexibility, high-quality local clients, strong administrative and legal support, and a genuinely collaborative workplace culture.

As part of our experienced Family Law team, you will manage a broad range of matters, including divorce, separation,



parenting disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance and complex family law proceedings. You will have carriage of matters from initial client consultation through to resolution, providing strategic advice and practical solutions throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing your own family law caseload with a high degree of autonomy.

Advising clients on legal rights, options and case strategy.

Representing clients at mediations and court appearances.

Working collaboratively with experienced family law practitioners.

Mentoring and supporting junior solicitors within the firm.
