Job Description

Name of occupation: Contract Administrator

Daily tasks include
Prepare and administer contracts and subcontracts.
Monitor contract compliance and project progress.
Manage contract variations, claims, and payments.
Coordinate procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain contract records and project documentation.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Contract Administrator in construction.
Knowledge of Australian construction contracts.
Solid communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Annual salary: $79,423 – $89,000 + superannuation (+ 38 hours of work per week)
