We are looking for a driven Candidate Manager to work with our real estate & property consultants supporting the full recruitment lifecycle to develop strong candidate relationships. This candidate focused role is a great stepping stone into becoming an Associate Recruitment Consultant in the future.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Source high‑quality real estate & property talent




Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
Contribute positively to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture
Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures

The Criteria
Property or Real Estate industry experience, ideally Sales Support or BDM related roles
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with zero call reluctance
Target‑driven with a proven results mindset
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Confident negotiator and problem solver
Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
