Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Queensland Sales Manager to lead our Sales team from our Yatala branch. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high‑performing team and strengthening customer relationships across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
Promote, sell and secure current business from new and existing customers through building effective relationships.
Achieve sales budgets, gross profit targets and strategic business objectives.
Grow market share and increase the presence of Darley’s product portfolio across new and existing customers.
Lead, mentor and develop the Sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, key stakeholders and industry partners.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support continued business growth.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

About You
Demonstrated success in a sales management role with a can‑do attitude and the ability to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
Previous sales exposure in aluminium products and/or the building industry.
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing sales teams.
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
A proactive, results‑driven approach with genuine passion for customer service.
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
