The Case Manager role in our National Self-Insurance unit supports injured workers and employers through recovery and return-to-work journeys.
This permanent, full time position is based in Parramatta with up to 3 days of remote work per week.
You will manage a portfolio of claims, provide early intervention, and deliver a customer-focused experience while ensuring compliance and best-practice guidelines.
