Redox is seeking an IT Support Officer to join a collaborative helpdesk team at our Minto head office.
You'll support desktops, laptops, printers, and telephony while working within a Windows AD environment, across remote sites as needed.
You will triage requests, log tickets in Zendesk, and assist with deployments and asset management.
A mix of in office and remote work follows probation, with growth in IT projects.
