Day to day, you can:

Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
Champion quality education & careby overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with the support of our NLRDP Partners and your Operations Support Manager
Work with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract our next generation of Educator superheroes.

About You:
Have prior experience as a Centre Director of at least 2 years
An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
Current State relevant Working with Children's Check,Police Check + PRODA
Current Child Protection Training
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
National Child Safety Training
Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experienceengaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
