The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering integrated Facilities Management services across the contract, while leading a mix of direct cleaning and maintenance staff and contractors.
You'll act as the primary senior point of contact for any issues or services escalation, ensuring operational, financial performance and client satisfaction.
Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations across the contract.
Develop and maintain financial budgets and outcomes for your contract.
Oversee technical delivery across the contract with support for facilities management staff and tradies; ensuring effective asset management strategies are implemented and met.
Key focus is client relationship management as the primary point of contact.
Maintain high levels of operational efficiency in service delivery and ensure overall productivity KPI budgets are met.
Requirements
At least 5+ years' experience managing a team of Integrated Facilities Management (Cleaning & Maintenance) staff within large commercial, shopping centres or industrial sites.
Solid experience in delivering compliance and operational excellence on sites.
Demonstrated experience of setting clear direction and timeframes to meet KPIs in prior contracts.
