Job Description We're looking for a Phone Sales Officers to join our Port Macquarie branch.
In this customer-focused role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound phone enquiries, supporting customers and account managers with product advice, order processing, and exceptional service.
You'll also work closely with the wider branch team and assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and support branch phone-based sales Respond to inbound calls from customers and account managers Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately Assist with stock management, including shelving and stock counts Support general branch and warehouse operations as needed Qualifications About You Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented High attention to detail and organisation skills Previous experience in parts interpreting or exposure to automotive, mechanical,
