About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining delivery driving, warehouse operations and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering customer orders throughout Melbourne to trade, retail and commercial customers
Collecting goods from suppliers
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately
Receiving and checking incoming stock
Stock control and general warehouse duties
Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Maintaining a clean,
organised and safe workplace
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a successful team.
You'll ideally have:
A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining quality
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A solid work ethic with outstanding reliability and punctuality
Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Office (experience with MYOB EXO is an advantage)
A current driver's licence with a safe driving record
A forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Good physical fitness, as the role includes regular manual handling
