About the Role We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and hands-on nursing care to NDIS participants with complex health needs.
Working on the ground alongside our support worker teams, you'll get to know the people you support and play a genuine part in improving their quality of life.
This role suits a nurse who wants more autonomy in how they work, real relationships with participants, and the satisfaction of making a tangible difference every day.
What You'll Do • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualised care plans • Train staff in and oversee medication management • Provide clinical supervision and support to support workers and the wider team • Monitor participants' health status and report changes to the medical team • Support the onboarding of new participants and review care plans as needs change • Identify,
