Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Ormeau, QLD .

Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll help customers identify and source the right parts to keep their vehicles on the road.
Key Responsibilities Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities Maintain and develop strong customer relationships Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets Qualifications You'll be a great fit if you: Enjoy building relationships with customers Have strong communication and problem-solving skills Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service Are organised, reliable and self-motivated Thrive in a busy team environment Have a willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge What You'll Need Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck,
