About the Position As a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within a supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes).
You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.




You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including; domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
This position ensures the operation of an allotted SIL/s with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.
This position is part-time permanent working a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight and will commence as soon as practicable.
About You Previous experience in the Health sector is highly regarded Demonstrated leadership experience is highly regarded Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement Ability to obtain a paid NSW Working with Children Check prior to commencement Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs Smart Phone Current Australian Driver's Licence Come Join Us!
