The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of advisory and management consulting services across a diverse portfolio of client engagements.
This role offers exposure to human factors, organisational consulting, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, research and analysis, and business development activities.
Working within multidisciplinary teams, the Consultant will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by supporting client engagements, developing practical solutions, and helping achieve project objectives.
The role also provides opportunities to build consulting, technical, project management, and client relationship skills while gaining experience across a range of industries and business challenges.
The Opportunity Support the delivery of human factors, organisational change, and operational readiness assessments through data gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, site observations, and analysis of findings.
Assist in the execution of consulting engagements by conducting research, analysing data, preparing reports, and engaging with clients and project stakeholders to support project outcomes.
Contribute to the development of high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, workshop materials, business cases, and recommendations based on evidence and best practice.
Support project planning and coordination activities, including tracking actions, monitoring progress, managing deliverables, and ensuring effective communication across project teams.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while applying relevant standards, methodologies, and industry best practices, and contribute to business development, proposal preparation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Is this role right for you?
Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology (Organisational, Cognitive or General Psychology), Human Factors, Ergonomics,
or a related discipline with a strong focus on behavioural science, analytics, or consulting.
Minimum 1 year of experience in management consulting, advisory, or a related professional services environment.
Strong interest in ongoing career development within psychology, human factors, organisational consulting, management consulting, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to contribute to project delivery and client outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
