Managing a local portfolio - no more than 5-10kms from the office
Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
Respond to all phone and email inquiries
Managing maintenance
Entry & Exits Condition Reports
Arrears Management
Attending VCAT if/when required

The ideal person for this role will enjoy building relationships and have exceptional time management and communication, as well as...
Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience managing all facets of a residential portfolio
Current Agents Representative Certificate/ Certificate IV
Valid drivers licence and vehicle
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Good longevity across your career
Professional personal presentation
