Belmont 16s Sailing Club is seeking an experienced Sailing Manager to lead the Club's Sailing Department and drive outcomes across racing, coaching and safety.
The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Sailing Committee, members and volunteers to deliver a robust sailing season.
The successful candidate will balance hands-on leadership with program delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality coaching, safety, and compliance across all activities.
