We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering strategic regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Working across a diverse stakeholder landscape, you'll drive discovery, facilitate requirements gathering, analyse business processes, and help deliver solutions that support AML/CTF compliance and operational excellence.

This role is a 2-year Fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across a significant AML/CTF program.Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, compliance teams, technology teams and vendors to define and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.Produce key BA artefacts including process maps, business requirements, user stories, gap analyses and solution documentation.Support Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and business readiness activities.Analyse current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and regulatory compliance enhancements.Ensure requirements are understood, validated and aligned to business objectives and regulatory obligations.
What we're looking for
Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within complex project or transformation environments.Strong AML/CTF experience, ideally with exposure to both Part A and Part B AML requirements.Outstanding requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops,



conducting discovery activities and translating business needs into actionable requirements.Solid process mapping, business analysis and documentation capabilities.Experience working within Agile delivery environments.Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
Highly Regarded
Payments experience.Financial services, banking or mutual banking industry experience.Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-focused initiatives.Exposure to Jira and contemporary BA toolsets.Why apply?
