$100k + super (pro rata for part time)

Combining direct service delivery with long-term systemic change,

Working closely with the Founder/CEO and armed with a deep understanding of the mission, priorities and programs; you'll build and manage corporate, community and philanthropic relationships and create strong partnerships which drive revenue and increase impact across Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
strengthen and expand existing relationships
build profitable new philanthropic and corporate partnerships
create diverse and engaging partnership opportunities
deliver on agreed revenue and supporter growth targets
develop a philanthropy and partnership strategy
manage grant applications, reporting, tenders and procurement
maintain accurate records, manage acknowledgements, thank yous and receipts
actively network and promote the organisation.
About you
You're a proactive, driven and self-motivated fundraiser with proven success delivering revenue growth through philanthropy and corporate relationships.
You're a natural relationship builder and project manager with exceptional interpersonal skills and experience nurturing diverse relationships.
You're adaptable, comfortable with change and working in a small, founder-led team.
We'd love you to bring:
demonstrated experience in a similar role
experience in grant writing, major gifts and/or partnership fundraising
strong knowledge of and a genuine passion for the non-profit sector
a proven track record growing income
ability to plan, track and manage revenue targets and support growth
excellent written communication skills and a commitment to accuracy
ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
a collaborative approach coupled with the ability to work independently
an open driver's license.
