Working closely with the Head Chef, you will contribute to delivering exceptional food and service while supporting daily kitchen operations.
This full time role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie transitioning to Junior Sous or a Senior Junior Sous, with a focus on quality, consistency and memorable dining experiences near Melbourne.
