About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of your store's overall performance, team culture, and customer experience.
You'll work closely with your leadership team to drive sales, support and develop your people and create a positive, high performing store environment. From coaching your team on the floor to using data and insights to identify opportunities, no two days will look the same.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with the commercial side of retail and wants to continue building a long term career in leadership.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading from the floor and creating a high-energy customer experience
Coaching and developing your team to build confidence, capability and performance




Driving sales and identifying opportunities to improve store results
Building a robust and positive team culture
Supporting recruitment, Inductions and development of future leaders
Using tools like Power BI and RFID to understand performance, stock flow and opportunities
Managing day to day store operations including rostering, stock accuracy, and operational standards
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and brand presentation
Making confident decisions and supporting your team through a fast-paced retail environment
What We're Looking For
Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
A strong passion for people leadership and team development
Confidence driving sales and performance outcomes
A positive, hands on leadership style with strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
Confidence working with retail systems, reporting and performance data
Someone who thrives in a high energy, customer-focused environment
