Electrician
to join our team on a
full-time basis

Ashburton, VIC ****

As an Electrician, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compliant, and qualified electrical solutions to our diverse client base. You will work on a variety of projects, contributing to the continued growth and success of our organisation whilst maintaining our commitment to excellence and safety standards.
What you'll be doing
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation and compliance.
Testing electrical systems and components using specialised equipment to identify faults and ensure proper functionality.
Performing routine maintenance and inspections on electrical installations to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations.
Troubleshooting electrical problems and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Installing and maintaining lighting systems, power distribution systems, control systems, and other electrical equipment.
Adhering to all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Collaborating with other tradespeople, supervisors,



and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Maintaining accurate records of work completed, and materials used on each project.
Assisting with the training and guidance of apprentices and junior staff members as required.
What we're looking for
Current
electrical licence
valid in Victoria
Extensive experience working as a qualified Electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments
Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and Australian Standards relevant to electrical work
Proven ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical issues
Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
White Card
(construction induction), EWP Licence and Working with children checks are highly desirable.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
