Australian Nursing Home Foundation is seeking a Care Partner to join the Support at Home team in NSW. The role coordinates day-to-day admin of Support at Home Packages and ensures services meet the needs of frail elderly people and carers.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years in aged or community care, qualifications in care fields, and the ability to work independently and with teams. Proficiency in English with Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred; drivers licence and police check required.
