In this role, you will travel to various client sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a diverse range of specialized machinery and tooling.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of specialized packaging machinery, focusing on plastic/steel strapping equipment and stretch-film systems.
Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and hand tools at customer facilities (including third-party equipment).




Assist with equipment commissioning and conduct basic operational training for client staff.
Visit contract customers for routine preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to promote service agreements.
Complete job documentation, manage service reports, and oversee your assigned vehicle and spare parts inventory.
Adhere strictly to all site-specific safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Required
Mechanical Trade Qualification (Fitter, Fitter and Turner, Automotive Mechanic) or similar
Valid, current driver's license.
Strong mechanical diagnostic skills and a natural knack for problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy (MS Office), and the ability to work independently without close supervision.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Electrical disconnect/reconnect license.
Practical experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
