At H1 Healthcare, we're looking for compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join one of our long-term community care programs in Ferntree Gully, VIC.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality nursing care in the client's home
Medication administration
Ventilator and nebuliser care
Bowel and catheter care
Manual handling, including ceiling hoists
Supporting activities of daily living
Building strong relationships with the client, their family and the wider healthcare team
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience with ventilators and nebulisers (essential)




Experience with bowel care and catheter care
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Current Victorian Driver Licence
Comfortable working around dogs
Able to commit to a minimum of 3/4 shifts per week
Availability for:7:00am – 11:00am - Monday to Sunday shifts
