This position drives high-quality, person-centred stroke and TIA care across emergency, acute, rehabilitation and palliative pathways.
The role provides clinical leadership, sophisticated assessment, education, coordination and data reporting to improve outcomes for stroke patients, while supporting best-practice guidelines and a coordinated care approach
