Bay City Marine is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal, General Manager or senior sales leader to join our long-established marine dealership in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have proven dealership leadership experience, preferably in marine, automotive, caravan, motorcycle, powersports or a similar retail dealership setting.
Key requirements:
Dealer Principal, General Manager, Sales Manager or senior dealership leadership experience
Strong sales leadership and commercial ability
Experience managing stock, margins, customer relationships and team performance
Understanding of dealership financial performance and profitability
Ability to operate independently once trained and established
Long-term mindset with genuine interest in equity, partnership or ownership
Professional, motivated and performance-driven approach
