Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist members and visitors.
Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships.
Build strong relationships with members and support retention.
Follow up leads via phone, SMS, email and social media.
Create and manage engaging social media content.
Respond to member enquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
Keep the club clean, organised and welcoming.




Work towards individual and team sales targets.
About You
1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales or a similar role.
Experience with social media posting and basic content creation.
Friendly, confident and professional communicator.
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
Passion for fitness and helping people is highly regarded.
