We are looking for Managers
Work across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distil analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients.
This role includes managing small- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.

And the practical experience:
5+ years of work experience in a professional setting
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and intellectual flexibility
Robust interpersonal skills including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams.
Relevant experience within Nous' areas of focus such as education, Defence, financial services, health & ageing, human services, central & economic agencies, and government.
