We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights andcardio areas,reformer Pilates,group classes,wellness amenities, andbasketball courtsall in one comprehensive service.
The Role:
As aSales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.
Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours, and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members in English and Mandarin.
Accurately recording and processing information on ourCRM regarding sales and members.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service.
Responding promptly tomember inquiries via email, SMS, phone or in club.
Working closely with our teams toexecute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies.
Personal skills & attributes:




Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer facing role.
Basic knowledge of gym equipment + amenitiesis a must.
Agenuine passion for fitnessand a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.
Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.
Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
