The role
Intermediate Business Services Accountant
Based in Earlwood (Sydney Inner West)
Hybrid structure: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Real client exposure (we do not hide you behind emails)
Work directly with senior accountants and managers who teach and explain the "why"
Variety across compliance and advisory support
Exposure to a strong base of growing SMEs and high-performing salaried employees
A firm that actively uses technology, automation and AI to lift quality, reduce rework, and free up time for advisory work

What we look for (non-negotiables)
2–5 years' experience in Australian public practice (business services)
Degree in Business/Commerce
CA or CPA must be underway
Permanent working rights in Australia
