Combination of triage/assessment and onsite response work

Partner up with a leading Mental Health services provider
We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists and Social Workers to provide critical incident, general debriefing and crisis counselling, as well as short term, solution focused interventions to our client organisations in the Orange/Bathurst area.
Using Psychological First Aid (PFA) and other trauma specific interventions and approaches to support individuals and their organisations through providing triage, one-on-one trauma support and group sessions.
About you
Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
Relevant experience and minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services
Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs and provide solution- focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes
Have a passion to help people and enjoy working flexibly in a fast-paced environment
Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
Excellent time management skills, report writing skills and your willingness to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude
Demonstrated ability and experience in delivering People Assist services (EAP, RRS).
High level negotiation and facilitation skills
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders




A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required.
A current driver's licence and your own vehicle is a must.
