The Role (Tasks & Responsibilities)
No two days are the same!
You will have the prospect to work in people's homes, within the community, and at our unique rural properties.
Your tasks will include:
In-Home & Community Support-Assisting clients with daily living, achieving their NDIS goals, and accessing the community across the North Shore, North West, and Western Sydney.
Innovative Day Programs -Facilitating and engaging in our vibrant social and life skills groups.
STR/Respite Farm Stay -Accompanying our members on unique, life-changing experiences at our beautiful mid-coast farm stay....

About You (Qualifications, Experience & Talents)
Our participants are seeking mentors who are kind, patient,



and compassionate.
To be a great fit for our team, you will need -
The Essentials:A valid Driver's License and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
Certifications:Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Experience:Previous experience in the sector and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent is highly regarded.
Your Personality:You possess high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and empathy.
You are a great listener with an observant eye for detail.
Your Work Ethic:You are reliable (especially for our consistent longer-term clients), agile, and have a solid capacity to adapt to changing environments with an attitude of always going above and beyond.
