Adaptalift is seeking a Customer Service Booking Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, booking equipment servicing and handling enquiries. Based at our Springvale head office, the role offers Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and a transparent path into an office-based career.
You will proactively contact customers, schedule services, update records, and liaise with our national service team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
