Manager / Senior Manager – Business Services & Tax
Our client is a well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm with a reputation for providing high-quality advice and building long-term relationships with its clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their Business Services and Tax team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys a mix of client management, technical advisory work, team leadership and strategic involvement within a progressive firm.
The Role
The role will involve:
Managing and mentoring a team of accountants
Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance engagements
Liaising directly with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
Providing tax planning and business advisory services
Managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries
Working closely with the Partners on workflow management, client matters and strategic initiatives
Assisting with the development and training of junior team members
You will enjoy significant client exposure and the opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team.

About You
CA or CPA qualified
Strong experience within Australian Public Practice
Demonstrated experience managing client portfolios
Strong technical tax knowledge and advisory capability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring others
